We are currently seeking a Full-Time Work Zone Installer in Raleigh, NC, who will play a vital role in setting up and maintaining safe work zones at construction sites and road work areas, while embodying and promoting our core values every day.

- Pay: $16.00-$18.00/hr, offer dependent on experience and certifications
Qualifications:
- 2 years of previous experience as a work zone installer/lead or related work field
- NCDOT Work Zone Installer Certification preferred
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy objects as required
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and adapt to changing work environments
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented setting
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and safely handle work zone traffic control devices (signs, cones, barricades, delineators) in compliance with regulations and safety standards.
- Adhere to all work zone guidelines and safety protocols, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and accountability always.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and stakeholders; welcome feedback and contribute constructive input.
- Foster a positive work environment and resolve conflicts with empathy.
- Continuously improve skills and knowledge by staying current on traffic control techniques, safety guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Act as a reliable team member by supporting colleagues, collaborating on installations, and going the extra mile to ensure team success.
- Accurately log daily activities and details using a tablet.
