BTR Haus Communities is currently seeking for a full-time Multi-Site Community Manager to be the CEO of the community they manage. You will be a leader responsible for all aspects of property performance- financial results, resident satisfaction, operational excellence and team culture.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in property management
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve company, property, and individual goals
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and performance management of property staff
- Develop, manage and monitor the annual operating and capital budgets to achieve targeted financial performance
- Oversee rent collections, delinquency management, and adherence to lease terms and fair housing laws
- Manage purchase orders, vendor contracts, and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with budget guidelines
- Evaluate, manage, and adjust all property marketing and advertising campaigns to align with occupancy and revenue goals
- Build and grow both online and offline communities — including social media, newsletters, and resident engagement platforms — to strengthen brand presence and drive engagement
- Develop compelling content that highlights the property’s lifestyle and aligns with BTR Haus brand standards
- Cultivate a welcoming environment where residents feel safe, valued, and proud to call home
- Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including Fair Housing, ADA, and landlord-tenant laws
- Conduct regular property and safety inspections to identify potential risks and ensure preventative maintenance is completed
- Perform all other duties as assigned
