South-Tek Systems is seeking an on-site Customer Support Specialist to join our team! This is a customer-facing, administrative support role, not an IT position. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, providing excellent service and operational support to our customers and internal departments.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative roles- preferably in a manufacturing or service industry
- Highly organized, detail-orientated, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools
- Comfortable using CRM or ERP/ order tracking systems
Our Customer Support Specialist will:
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email regarding orders, product details and general service- this is not a technical support or IT helpdesk role
- Accurately enter and manage sales orders to ensure prompt fulfillment and on-time delivery
- Collaborate with internal departments- sales, purchasing, production, and shipping
- Handle questions related to billing, shipping, and direct technical or specialized queries to appropriate personnel
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in a CRM or order management system
- Stay informed about company products and policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Contribute to administrative tasks and support daily operations with a focus on customer satisfaction
