Sunroof Express is in search of a sharp, ambitious, and enthusiastic full-time Sales Specialist to join our team in Troy, Michigan! The Sales Specialist plays an integral role within our Parts & Service division by providing professional and helpful phone support for customer service, sales, and order fulfillment. - Pay: $17 – $20/hour, offer dependent on experience
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours
- Able to work remotely once trained on Saturdays and after 5pm
The right candidate will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Previous sales experience
- Ability to provide world class customer service
- Detail orientation as one of your strongest qualities
- Enjoyment working with others toward a common goal
- Value collaborating across teams and are personable, helpful, and organized
- Time-management is one of your strengths and you can multi-task

Our Sales Specialist will:
- Quickly and professionally answers inbound phone calls from customers and repair shops, listening to each customer’s needs and concerns.
- Gathers all necessary information to provide quotes and generate sales for customers seeking parts and service.
- Secures and fills orders taking into consideration customer expectations and inventory levels for fulfillment.
- Quickly and professionally responds to web-based customer inquiries.
- Supports sales strategy and customer service levels to drive customer loyalty, account retention and growth.
- Supports projects based on management priorities.
