CDL Class A Driver

We are currently seeking a Full-Time CDL Class A Driver to join our team in Baden, PA! This is a full-time, home-daily position with consistent weekday hours and competitive pay.
Schedule & Pay:
- PAY: $26-$30/hour, offer based on experience
- Home every day
- Sick time after 90 days
- 1 week vacation after 1 year
- Health benefit bonus
- Off on major holidays
Schedule:
- Full-Time
- Monday-Friday
- Typical Hours: 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM
- Rare Saturday work as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Previous manual roll-off truck experience required
- Mechanically inclined able to identify basic equipment issues
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including climbing, pushing, stooping, and crouching
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Responsibilities:
- Operate a roll-off truck safely and efficiently
- Transfer and deliver materials to customer locations
- Perform pre-tip and post trip vehicle inspections
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures
- Assist with basic equipment and vehicle troubleshooting as needed
