We are currently seeking a part-time Weigh Master to join our team in Baden, PA! As a Weigh Master, you will operate scales to accurately weigh incoming and outgoing materials, while assisting customers and supporting administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule & Pay:
- Starting at $17 per hour (offer dependent on experience)
- Approximately 2-3 days per week
- Flexible scheduling
- Off on major holidays and Sundays
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be able to pass a drug test/background check
- Basic computer knowledge and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Google workplaces
Responsibilities:
- Weigh inbound and outbound materials and accurately enter weight tickets
- Monitor daily yard movements, material flow, and scale activity
- Count in/Out cash, pay out customers accurately
- Answer phones professionally and provide front‑office coverage
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Office Manager
- Greet and assist customers in a professional, customer‑focused manner
- Monitor email during scheduled work hours
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned scale areas (inside & outside)
- Maintain cleanliness of lunchroom, hallway, and payout areas
