Tigre Firestop & Insulation is looking for dependable, hardworking Field Installers to perform firestop, fireproofing, insulation, and related installation work on active construction projects. As our Accounts Payable Clerk, you’ll ensure that the right vendor is paid the correct amount at the right time with proper documentation and approval, while maintaining accurate records, supporting project teams, protecting company resources, and exemplifying Tigre Firestop & Insulation's core values of Excellence, Ownership, Integrity, Trust, and Enjoyment.

Qualifications:
- Construction experience preferred
- Firestop, fireproofing, or insulation experience is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and learn new installation systems
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to work productively as part of a team
- Willingness to take ownership and communicate problems instead of ignoring them
- Ability to perform the physical duties associated with construction work
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in typical construction-site conditions
Responsibilities:
- Install firestop, fireproofing, insulation, and related systems.
- Follow project plans, approved details, specifications, and manufacturer requirements.
- Follow direction from Foremen, Superintendents, and project leadership.
- Complete installations safely, correctly, and efficiently.
- Maintain quality standards and minimize rework.
- Use materials responsibly and help minimize waste.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Properly use and care for company tools and equipment.
- Identify and immediately communicate field conditions, material shortages, safety concerns, or installation issues.
- Follow all company, customer, and jobsite safety requirements.
- Wear required PPE.
- Maintain dependable attendance and arrive at the assigned jobsite on time and ready to work.
- Work professionally with Tigre employees, customers, general contractors, and other trades.
