Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee all daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of caskets and related products
• Schedule and communicate driver routes, deliveries, and pickups to ensure timely service to funeral homes
• Work closely with Customer Service to verify order accuracy, resolve issues, and confirm deliveries
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts, ECU tracking, and bin organization
• Record serial numbers and product details in Cin7 Core (DEAR) and ensure all documentation is up to date
• Monitor workflow and communicate priorities to meet urgent and time-sensitive deadlines
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports to regional management
• Promote a culture of safety, efficiency, and professionalism within the warehouse
What are we looking for?
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics coordination
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in WMS, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands throughout the day
• Knowledge of the funeral industry or related logistics operations is an asset
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
