We are a funeral merchandise company located in Monroeville, PA where we supply funeral homes exclusively. We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse / Driver Associate to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:
The Driver / Warehouse Associate plays a key role in ensuring timely delivery of caskets and urns to funeral homes while also supporting daily warehouse operations. This hybrid role requires professionalism, safe driving practices, attention to product quality, and accurate inventory handling.
- Safely operate company vehicles for local and regional deliveries (typically within 250-mile radius).
- Load and unload caskets and urns using appropriate safety equipment (e.g., liftgates, straps, dollies).
- Maintain clean and damage-free delivery vehicles.
- Accurately complete delivery logs and obtain required customer signatures.
- Represent Victoriaville with professionalism and courtesy at all client locations.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and storing caskets and urns.
- Support binning and inventory control processes using Cin7 Core (WMS).
- Conduct pre-shipping product inspections using standard quality protocols.
- Assist with engraving prep, packaging, and shipping label creation.
- Participate in daily inventory counts and general warehouse organization.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Ability to lift, move, and position up to 150 lbs with proper equipment.
- Punctual, reliable, and comfortable with early morning starts.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs precisely.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain preferred.
- Experience in handling caskets or funeral supply deliveries preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse software such as Cin7 Core preferred.
