Whole Solutions Inc. is looking for the right individual to sell products in an ever-expanding underground utility industry in IL & WI. We are a distributor for the industry leading manufacturers throughout the underground utility industry.

Typical day in the life as an Outside Sales Representative:
- Responsible for sales of HDD tooling for the underground utility market in Wisconsin and Illinois
- Develop and maintain existing relationships customers.
- Identify and close new sales within territory.
- Maintaining customer database
- Inventory management
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales
- Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account reports.
- Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.
- Demonstrate and advise customers on products and services that are offered through our company.
What we are we looking for?
- Self-driven and coachable
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be willing and able to travel overnight 50-60% of the month
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean and valid driver’s license
