Wills Hotel is searching for full- and part-time Bartender to join their team in Cumberland, Maryland. In this role, you will be responsible for serving food and beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, timely and efficient manner. Must be at least 21 years old to apply.

The right candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a lead bartending role
- Knowledge of creative cocktails
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing, energetic personality with a positive attitude
- Complete knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service
- Complete knowledge of wine and drink recipes
- The ability to operate a keyboard and the POS system
Our Bartender will:
- Maintain inventory of bar, ordering supplies when needed
- Create and maintain a positive atmosphere for all customers
- Manage bartenders’ schedule
- Verify customers’ ages based on IDs
- Mix traditional creative cocktails
- Maintain cleanliness of bar
