At Woodford Barn Repair, a construction company located in Fabius, New York, has been providing exceptional structural barn repair, restoration, and maintenance services for over 50 years. Servicing Ohio, New York, and Pennsylvania, our team understands the unique challenges of preserving and strengthening barns in varying climates.
We are currently seeking a full-time motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will be responsible for assisting customers, scheduling appointments, answering questions, and support sales efforts.

Qualifications:
- Customer-service and/or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using CRM, email, and scheduling software
- Self-motivated, professional, and customer-focused
- Reliable and able to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and customer messages professionally
- Provide product and service information and resolve customer concerns
- Schedule appointments and manage sales calendar
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
- Work with the sales team to meet goals and improve customer retention
- Follow company procedures and quality standards
