We are seeking a dedicated FULL TIME Production Associate to join our team in Brunswick, OH.
In this role, you will operate food processing equipment, regularly lift and handle 50-110 pounds of ingredients, and perform routine sanitation of equipment and processing areas to maintain a clean and safe production environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Daily food processing, metal detection, packaging, and pallet building to meet quality standards and customer need-by dates
- Act to enhance efficiency and productivity by suggesting process changes and ideas
- Completes daily sanitation in production and surrounding areas
- Maintains the production environment to ensure safe quality food is produced as directed
- Minimizes the potential for cross contamination by strictly adhering to the Good Manufacturing Process policies in place
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Manufacturing (specifically food manufacturing) experience preferred
- Ability to pass and maintain a forklift certificate as required by OSHA
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety manuals, operating and maintenance instructions
- Ability to perform accurate weigh outs, and basic math as it relates to production
- Adaptable to scheduled changes to meet customer demand
- Safety awareness
- Good and timely attendance
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 110 lbs. and pull/push up to 2,000 lbs. with a pallet jack
