As a Crew Lead you are responsible for driving, packing/un-packing a 26 ft commercial moving truck. You will move furniture along with your crew, lead them in techniques and exceptional customer service. If you like problem solving and can adapt to changes on the go this is the position for you!

What You'll Do:
- Drivers safely operate a 26ft moving truck, perform daily truck inspections and complete required paperwork
- Provide positive energy and top notch service
- Safely move, pack and unpack customer belongings

Crew Lead Job Requirements:
- Minimum a valid Canadian G driver's license and good driving record
- Commercial moving and driving experience preferred, can train the right canidate with a previous commerical driving role
- Deliver exceptional customer service while moving, packing, and unpacking
- Safely load and unload items with attention to detail by utilizing all of the proper moving equipment and techniques and following the necessary prescribed policies
- Conduct pre-and post-move walk-throughs with customers
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
- Truck inspections and equipment checks
- Accurately complete paperwork and process payments for services and completes all move-related paperwork
- Must be proficient in GPS/map reading
- Legally allowed to work in Canada
