Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise daily operations of drivers and moving crews
• Ensure safe, efficient, and professional service delivery
• Assist with route planning, scheduling, and dispatch coordination
• Provide hands-on training and performance feedback to team members
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve issues proactively
• Monitor vehicle condition and coordinate maintenance as needed
• Occasionally assist with moves and junk removal services when required
Requirements
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean driving record
• Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or moving industry preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
• Basic computer and mobile phone proficiency
• Availability to work Monday to Friday with rotating weekend shifts
• On-site work required at our Halifax location
