Job Responsibilities:
- Handle web leads and inbound calls from potential customers to convert into bookings
- Accurately assess services and scope required for each lead (packing, moving, storage, junk removal etc.) and build estimates accordingly
- Educate potential customers on TWO MEN AND A TRUCK's benefits as a leading full-service moving company through building trust and presenting value clearly
- Perform high-volume outbound follow-ups on existing leads and current estimates to convert into bookings
- Perform post-move follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high-quality brand standards
- Accurately track all sales and service activity in our custom CRM software
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of inside phone sales preferred; customer service experience an asset
- Proven ability as a high-performing and competitive inside sales representative
- Team player who can work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fast learner that is comfortable with CRM platforms
- Full-time in-person work from Monday-Friday with Saturdays on rotation.
