Duties & Responsibilities:
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with local schools, businesses, churches, nonprofits and community partners
- Creates a comprehensive marketing plan to support restaurant goals
- Plans and Executes community events throughout the year
- Manages sponsorships and donations
- Maintains relevant marketing signage
- Monitor and report metrics related to marketing activities
- Produce marketing assets as needed
- Manage social media presence and social media guest communications
- Other duties and responsibilities as directed by restaurant management
Qualifications & Skills:
- Demonstrates a friendly demeanor and willingness to serve
- Able to excel in a fast-paced, team environment with a sense of urgency
- Able to think ahead and anticipate problems before they happen
- Able to implement systems and work well with a leadership team
- Proficiency in social media platforms, design programs, and basic analytics
- Able to work independently and pay attention to details
- Able to handle multiple projects at once
- Willing to work a flexible schedule and arrive to work at the scheduled time
- Demonstrates professionalism with strong verbal and written communication
- Demonstrates unquestionable integrity
- Preferred: Proven marketing experience
