Role Summary: The Operations Director is responsible for leading a team to exceed guest expectations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Lead a team of team leaders during the entirety of a shift
· Ensure their team works at a pace to maintain restaurant's established speed of service guidelines
· Ensure security protocols are followed
· Hold team members accountable to adhering to policies and procedures
· Ensure their team maintains overall facility cleanliness
· Address guest issues or restaurant problems that may arise
· Maintain a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect
· Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
· Ensure proper stewardship of the facility, equipment, cleaning supplies, and tools
· Train Team Members and provides individual feedback
· Implement new rollouts and initiatives
- Use business metrics including, but not limited to, food cost, labor, and guest satisfaction to identify opportunity and implement systems for improvement
Qualifications & Skills:
· Previous leadership experience preferred
· Customer-friendly demeanor and willingness to serve
· Able to stand for prolonged periods (entire shift), walk, bend, kneel, squat, and lift heavy objects as needed
· Able to maintain positive energy throughout shift with an outgoing, friendly, and patient attitude
· Able to excel in a fast-paced, team environment with a sense of urgency
· Able to think ahead and anticipate problems
· Available to work a flexible schedule and arrive to work at the scheduled time
· Demonstrates unquestionable integrity
· Can self-start, take initiative, and be flexible
· Can think strategically and be creative
