Role Summary: A full-service team member committed to serving guests
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Takes guest food and beverage orders and enters orders into system
- Explains food offerings and answers guest questions while demonstrating proficient knowledge of the menu
- Ensures orders are complete and serves food and beverages to guests
- Provides accurate checks at the end of the meal
- Maintains table appearance, including pre-bussing, checking drink levels, removing clutter, and providing adequate utensils and
- supplies
- Maintains adequate stock of menus, supplies, and silverware
- Cleans various areas of the restaurant, including tables, counters, floors, and trash bins
- Assists other team members as needed or when business needs dictate
- Other duties and responsibilities as directed by restaurant management
Qualifications & Skills:
- Able to maintain positive energy throughout shift with a customer-friendly demeanor and willingness to serve
- Able to stand for prolonged periods (entire shift), walk, bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects, as needed
- Able to excel in a fast-paced, team environment with a sense of urgency in getting things done
- Able to think ahead and anticipate problems before they happen
- Willing to work a flexible schedule and arrive to work at the schedule time
- Demonstrates unquestionable integrity
