Guest Experience Manager

Role Summary: A leader that is responsible for the daily operations of the front of house restaurant team to exceed guest expectations and achieve restaurant goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Leads the team in customer service and hospitality during the entirety of a shift

· Ensures that Team Members work at a pace to maintain restaurant's established speed of service guidelines

· Ensures security protocols are followed

· Holds team members accountable to adhering to policies and procedures

· Ensures that Team Members maintain overall facility cleanliness

· Perform any of the tasks above as needed throughout shift

· Addresses guest issues that may arise

· Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback

· Adheres to all Company policies and procedures

· Ensure proper stewardship of the facility, equipment, cleaning supplies, and tools

· Trains Team Members and provides individual feedback on job responsibilities that they are doing well on and areas of opportunities

· Implements new rollouts and initiatives

Qualifications & Skills:

· Previous leadership experience preferred

· Customer-friendly demeanor and willingness to serve

· Able to stand for prolonged periods (entire shift), walk, bend, kneel, squat, and lift heavy objects as needed

· Able to maintain positive energy throughout shift with an outgoing, friendly, and patient attitude

· Able to excel in a fast-paced, team environment with a sense of urgency in getting things done

· Able to think ahead and anticipate problems before they happen

· Available to work a flexible schedule and arrive to work at the scheduled time

· Demonstrate unquestionable integrity

· Can self-start and be flexible

· Can think strategically and be creative
