Holiday Market Madison Heights - Immediate Stock / Custodial Position
As a Stock/Custodial Associate at Holiday Market, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness by cleaning the floors, cleaning any spills that occur, and helping with some stocking. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain stockroom inventory.
• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing merchandise.
• Clean and sanitize all areas of the facility, including restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
• Assist customers and team members as needed.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in retail or grocery stocking is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Weekends and holidays are mandatory as they are Holiday Market's busiest times.
