We are currently hiring for Shift Managers and Assistant Managers!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee a shift of 2-7 people
- Work productively and supervise restaurant employees
- Works diligently to achieve customer satisfaction and profitability during your shift
- Manage cash handling and shortages
- Inventory Counts
- Temperature controls
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Train crew members
- Assist GM with various management responsibilities
- Count and place food and soda orders
- Perform all job responsibilities of crew members as well
DAY SHIFTS:
- 9:30 am-4 pm
- 9:30 am-6 pm
NIGHT SHIFTS:
- 4pm-10 pm
- 3pm-10 pm
PAY:
- We pay our Assistant Managers between $16-17/hr + tips
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent Customer Service Experience (preferably 1 year in fast food, restaurants, retail, etc.).
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Friendly and Outgoing Personality.
- Ability to work at least 25 hours each week.
- Willingness to be a leader and take on additional responsibilities
- Reliable and Hardworking
