Position Type:

·     Full-time and part-time positions

·     Specifically hiring adults with open availability, opening (5:30am) or closing (11:00pm) shifts, without restriction

Qualifications:

·     Ability to analyze data and make sound decisions

·     Ability to drive excellence in food safety, cleanliness, and efficiency

·     Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks

·     Ability to work varied shifts and in diverse conditions

·     Available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, which includes being available to work every Friday and Saturday

·     Commitment to superior customer service

·     Must be 18+ years old

·     Performance management and development expertise

·     Proven leadership in fast-paced environments

·     Reliable transportation

·     Strong multitasking and communication skills

·     Strong team player with a passion for service

·     Fully available to open (5:00am) or close (11:30pm) five days per week

 

Responsibilities:

·     Champion food safety, cleanliness, and efficient operations

·     Communicate frequently to ensure team alignment

·     Complete additional duties as needed

·     Develop and train Team Members for success

·     Ensuring accurate rest break management

·     Foster a respectful and inclusive environment

·     Increase transactions with accurate and exceptional food quality

·     Managing the operations of a high-volume, fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant

·     Protect the brand with consistent adherence to Chick-fil-A standards

 

Physical setting:

·     Quick Service Restaurant

 

Schedule:

·     Available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, which includes being available to work every Friday and Saturday

·     Closed each Sunday
