A Bakery Associate is generally responsible for producing donuts and bakery products according to Dunkin' operational standards and franchisee policies and procedures, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. The Bakery Associate is primarily responsible for producing Dunkin' bakery products, including muffins, croissants and bagels.


Physical Demands:

  • Standing on feet
  • Repetitive motion including bending, stooping, and reaching
  • Lifting objects including boxes, baskets, and pans up to 50#
  • Working in a variety of areas (cross trained)
  • Strict uniform requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices

Responsibilities Include:

  • Understand end-product specifications and monitor product quality
  • Identify and escalate product quality issues as identified
  • Ensure equipment is used as designed
  • Maintain a clean and organized staging area
  • Maintain a people focused culture in the bakery
  • Communicate effectively and managers and coworkers
  • Work other positions as director by supervisors.
