Maintenance & Facilities Team Member

We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated, and hands-on person to join our Chick-fil-A team in a Maintenance & Facilities role.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, working independently, and taking pride in keeping a restaurant clean, safe, and running smoothly. We are open to both part-time and full-time hours, with morning shifts available.

Responsibilities may include:

• Power washing patios and exterior areas in the morning before the restaurant opens
• Cleaning restaurant hoods and refrigerators
• Performing routine cleaning and maintenance throughout the restaurant
• Completing small repairs and odd jobs around the building
• Helping maintain and care for restaurant equipment
• Identifying maintenance needs and taking initiative to address them
• Keeping the restaurant and surrounding areas clean, organized, and well-maintained

We are looking for someone who is:

• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Dependable and takes pride in their work
• Hands-on and comfortable using basic tools
• Mechanically inclined or interested in learning about equipment and maintenance
• Detail-oriented and willing to take ownership of their responsibilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Previous experience in maintenance, mechanical work, construction, facilities, or restaurant work is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

This could be a great opportunity for someone who is retired or semi-retired and looking for meaningful morning work, as well as someone interested in developing their skills in restaurant equipment and maintenance.
