Kitchen Supervisor

At Chick-fil-A, the Kitchen Supervisor plays a key leadership role in delivering high-quality food with speed, accuracy, and care. This role is responsible for overseeing back-of-house operations during assigned shifts, ensuring food safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met, while coaching and developing team members. The Kitchen Supervisor works in kitchen operations, leads team members during shifts, and helps create a positive, growth-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage kitchen operations during shifts
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are consistently met
- Monitor product preparation, portioning, and presentation
- Coach, train, and motivate kitchen team members
- Assist with training of new hires
- Manage shift and labor productivity
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house leaders to ensure smooth service
- Address issues quickly to maintain speed of service and guest satisfaction
