Marketing Director

At Chick-fil-A Fourth Street North, we are seeking a Marketing Director to steward the growth of our brand, showcase the excellence of our team and guest experience, deepen community relationships, and drive sustainable sales growth. This role is for a high-capacity leader who delivers polished, consistent marketing that reflects the strength and standards of Chick-fil-A, Inc. and Fourth Street North. 


Role Overview


As the Marketing Director, you will design, implement, and lead the marketing systems, tools, and rhythms that drive measurable growth and support our restaurant’s long-term vision. 


You will be responsible for:


•       Establishing and executing the annual marketing vision and promotional calendar that aligns Chick-fil-A brand standards and the unique identity of Fourth Street North

•       Stewarding digital presence and social media engagement with excellence, consistency, and brand alignment

•       Driving sustainable sales growth through strategic campaigns and local partnerships

•       Developing community outreach and relationship-building efforts that reflect the culture and character of our city

•       Managing and executing campaigns through Spotlight

•       Creating in-restaurant marketing and guest experience opportunities

•       Tracking marketing performance and adjusting strategies to achieve results

•       Leading and developing a team focused on hospitality and marketing execution and consistency


Compensation & Benefits


•       Starting at $25 an hour (based on experience and performance)

Requirements


•       Undergraduate Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred

•       Strong communication and organizational skills

•       Experience with social media, events, and community partnerships

•       Proven ability to lead teams and drive results through people

•       Completion of our 90-Day Leadership Training Program
