Your Impact
As a Leader, you will:
- Drive operational excellence by working in all areas of the restaurant to gain a comprehensive understanding of how to effectively run a high-performing, multi-million-dollar operation
- Build and develop high-performance teams by identifying, coaching, and mentoring emerging leaders
- Lead and manage a team of 15+ team members by casting vision, coaching consistently, and holding others accountable to high standards
- Increase profitability by implementing systems and procedures that reduce costs, improve productivity, and promote sales growth
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all points of contact
- Maintain a positive work environment that prioritizes food safety, team member safety, and operational compliance
Requirements
- Prior restaurant leadership experience required
- Chick-fil-A experience is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A passion for serving others and developing people
