Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection and solutions
- Maintain and take ownership of assigned departments
- Stock merchandise and organize inventory
- Build knowledge in tools, electrical, plumbing, and hardware
Department Placement:
- Tools
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Hardware
Schedule:
- 5 days per week (8-hour shifts)
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- This role requires being on your feet for most of your shift
Qualifications:
- Reliable and team-oriented
- Willing to learn and take responsibility
- Able to lift 25–50 lbs
