Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers attentively and enthusiastically.
- Ensure team delivers exceptional service behaviors.
- Properly train new Associates on Donatos standards.
- Manage food, labor, and costs effectively.
- Open and/or close the restaurant with accuracy.
Essential Requirements:
- Must meet productivity standards safely.
- Able to stand/walk entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
- 1-year experience as Shift Lead or Manager preferred.
- Ability to execute all items on the Shift Manager readiness checklist.
