Retail Sales Associate - Building/Loading/Retail

Starting Pay: $20.00/hour
What You’ll Do
No two days are identical, but typical responsibilities include:
- Assembling products (grills, wheelbarrows, etc.)
- Making local deliveries as needed
- Assisting customers with product selection and project guidance
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
- Cashier duties and transaction handling
- Stocking shelves and receiving merchandise
Every shift centers on one priority: ensuring each customer leaves having had a great experience.
Training & Development
We provide scheduled weekly training so you can assist customers with confidence across all departments and learn new things.
You do not need prior hardware experience to start. A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are the key requirements.
Schedule & Hours
- Full-time: 4 to 5 days per week
- Includes one weekend day
- Starting rate applies to team members working at least 32 hours per week
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $20.00/hour
- Vacation: 5 days/year
- Sick/Personal Time: 5 days/year
- Profit Sharing: Automatic enrollment after one year. In the most recent year, enrolled team members received contributions to plan equal to 10% of annual earnings.
Physical Requirements
This is an active role that includes:
- Product assembly and loading assistance
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Occasional lifting of heavy merchandise
- Occasional stair climbing
