Our Flex Shift Team Member position is designed for individuals who need a shorter, more predictable workday. These shifts are ideal for parents, students, caregivers, or anyone looking for a flexible way to work while still being part of a great team.
Flex Shift Hours:
- 11:00 AM–2:00 PM
- 7:00 PM–11:00 PM
These shorter shifts allow you to earn income, build valuable work experience, and be part of the Chick-fil-A team while maintaining flexibility for the other responsibilities in your life.
What You’ll Do
As a Flex Shift Team Member, you will help create an exceptional experience for every guest by providing friendly, accurate, and efficient Chick-fil-A service.
- Smile and create a welcoming environment
- Create and maintain eye contact with guests
- Speak enthusiastically and use friendly hospitality
- Make genuine emotional connections with guests
- Work quickly while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Work as part of a team and support others when needed
- Follow Chick-fil-A standards, procedures, and dress code
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant
- Represent the vision and values of the restaurant
- Complete other duties as assigned
