Dining Room Attendant / Hospitality Team Member

Dining Room Attendant Responsibilities:

  • Create a warm, welcoming environment for every guest through hospitality and attentiveness
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room at all times
  • Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, high chairs, windows, and dining areas promptly and thoroughly
  • Monitor and change trash receptacles to maintain cleanliness and appearance standards
  • Refresh guest beverages and proactively offer assistance when appropriate
  • Engage with guests and create meaningful interactions through genuine hospitality and emotional connections
  • Smile, maintain eye contact, and speak enthusiastically with guests and Team Members
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to concerns or requests
  • Restock dining room supplies including napkins, condiments items, and sanitation materials
  • Support overall restaurant cleanliness and appearance standards
  • Work collaboratively with Front of House Team Members and Leadership to ensure an exceptional guest experience
  • Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A appearance standards, policies, and dress code at all times
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Consistent, dependable, and reliable attendance

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable engaging with guests and creating meaningful interactions
  • Detail-oriented with strong cleanliness and organization habits
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Willing and able to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to lift and carry 25–50 lbs regularly
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
