Dining Room Attendant Responsibilities:
- Create a warm, welcoming environment for every guest through hospitality and attentiveness
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room at all times
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, high chairs, windows, and dining areas promptly and thoroughly
- Monitor and change trash receptacles to maintain cleanliness and appearance standards
- Refresh guest beverages and proactively offer assistance when appropriate
- Engage with guests and create meaningful interactions through genuine hospitality and emotional connections
- Smile, maintain eye contact, and speak enthusiastically with guests and Team Members
- Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to concerns or requests
- Restock dining room supplies including napkins, condiments items, and sanitation materials
- Support overall restaurant cleanliness and appearance standards
- Work collaboratively with Front of House Team Members and Leadership to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A appearance standards, policies, and dress code at all times
- Perform additional duties as assigned

- Ability to lift and carry 25–50 lbs regularly
