A catering Assistant has the opportunity to learn the nut and bolts of a catering operation and receive leadership development along the way. No experience needed, simply a desire to learn and a passion for seeking excellence in your work!
Core Functions:
- Learn how to maintain orders and communicate with guests.
- Learn to communicate catering needs to kitchen.
- Learn to manage inventory and ensure adequate supplies.
- Learn to facilitate deliveries
Preferred:
- Previous catering and/or Chick-fil-A experience
Requirements:
- Enjoys serving others.
- Ability to work independently or as a team player.
- Demonstrates a high level of initiative.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
- Works well under pressure.
- Takes instruction and direction well.
- Demonstrates good communication and social skills.
- Availability includes 4am-7am time window.
- Will cross train in the front and back, to have full operational knowledge.
