Position Overview:

The Cleaning & Maintenance Team Member plays a vital role in upholding our high standards by ensuring the restaurant is consistently clean, organized, and operating efficiently. This role combines daily cleaning responsibilities, project-based deep cleaning, and minor repair and maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in kitchen, restrooms, exterior areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Execute scheduled deep-cleaning projects to maintain Chick-fil-A brand standards/Daily/weekly/monthly calendar would be provided
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment, storage areas, and workspaces
- Identify and complete minor repairs on equipment, fixtures, and facilities (e.g., tightening, replacing small parts, basic troubleshooting)
- Proactively report larger maintenance issues and coordinate with leadership or vendors when needed
- Ensure all cleaning and maintenance activities meet health, safety, and food safety regulations
- Assist in maintaining a safe environment for guests and team members

- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
