Biscuit Maker Position Includes the following duties:
1. Make Biscuits by mixing Flour, and Lard with Buttermilk, hand-rolling the dough, and patting out biscuits (12 biscuits to a pan). You can expect to roll and pat out 20-30 pans a day (on average) and making sure there is stock available for the next morning.
2. Setting up Prep for the Grill Team including, slice and dice tomatoes and onions, cut and pan out breakfast meats for the following morning
3. Wash morning dishes
