Human Resources Coordinator

We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team! If you are passionate about people, detail-oriented, and have previous HR experience, this could be the perfect fit.


What You’ll Do:

  • Support on boarding, training, and orientation for new Team Members
  • Maintain and organize employee records and documentation
  • Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating hiring events
  • Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with Chick-fil-A’s values
  • Serve as a point of contact for Team Member questions related to HR policies
  • Track and report team metrics such as retention, availability, and performance

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in Human Resources or administrative coordination
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Professionalism, confidentiality, and a team-first mindset
  • Passion for caring for others and growing healthy teams
  • Availability to work flexible, part-time hours (including some mornings or afternoons)
