We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team! If you are passionate about people, detail-oriented, and have previous HR experience, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do:
- Support on boarding, training, and orientation for new Team Members
- Maintain and organize employee records and documentation
- Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating hiring events
- Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with Chick-fil-A’s values
- Serve as a point of contact for Team Member questions related to HR policies
- Track and report team metrics such as retention, availability, and performance

- Previous experience in Human Resources or administrative coordination
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professionalism, confidentiality, and a team-first mindset
- Passion for caring for others and growing healthy teams
- Availability to work flexible, part-time hours (including some mornings or afternoons)
