We are hiring for a FOH manager to oversee dining room operations, train staff, ensure high-quality customer service, handle guest complaints, and supervise staff. You would also work with other managers to control labor and food costs and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Greet guests, handle complaints efficiently, and ensure a welcoming, clean atmosphere.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate FOH staff (hosts, servers, bussers, bartenders).
- Operations: Oversee opening/closing procedures, maintain cash management (closing out registers), and ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations.
- Communication: Coordinate with the kitchen (BOH) for smooth service flow and food delivery.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Previous experience as a restaurant manager or in a supervisory role (2 years required).
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Knowledge: Strong F&B knowledge and proficiency with POS systems.
- Requirements: Ability to work flexible hours, all nights or mids for this role, weekends, and holidays
