Responsibilities:
- Create a warm, welcoming and memorable experience for all guests, including guests at your tables and your teammate’s tables.
- Promptly greet guests with enthusiasm as they arrive at your table
- Correctly take, enter and deliver food and beverage orders timely ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Refilling beverages and providing utensils, condiments, napkins and fulfill other guest requests
- Keeping tables clean, organized and presentable
- Engaging in welcoming and friendly conversation as you guide guests through their dining experience
- Following all company policies, health and safety procedures
- Providing guests with the correctly calculated check
- Informing management of customer feedback, both good and bad
- Pitching in to assist teammates where and when needed
- Requirements:
- Server experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to operate Point of Sale Systems
- Ability to lift 30-50lbs
