Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service as the “Face” of Firehouse Subs
- Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of store, merchandise, and equipment
- Follow all food safety, security, and operational guidelines
Physical and Operational Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in walk-in refrigerators and freezers (40°F to -10°F)
- Operate food preparation machinery safely and efficiently
