Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in executing store operations during your shifts
- Deploy team members and delegate tasks to maintain daily systems with 100% integrity
- Ensure excellent customer product and service standards are met
- Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment including small wares and merchandise
Skills and Requirements
- Computer skills including Microsoft software and register operation
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout your shift
- Comfortable working in walk-in refrigerators and freezers with temperatures from 40° F to -10° F
- Ability to operate food preparation machinery and handle cash transactions responsibly
