What You'll Do as a Talented Certified Nursing Assistant
- Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, and toileting assistance
- Assist with daily living activities such as meals, hydration, and mobility
- Take and record vital signs when assigned and permitted
- Support clients with positioning, transfers, and light housekeeping
- Observe and report changes in client conditions to clinical team members
- Follow individualized care plans and complete accurate documentation
- Maintain client dignity, privacy, safety, and confidentiality

What We’re Looking For in a Motivated Certified Nursing Assistant
- Current CNA certification or registration in good standing
- Completion of a nursing assistant training program
- Compassionate, dependable, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
- High school diploma or equivalent
