As a Host, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a delightful dining experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and manage waiting lists
- Provide menus and assist with initial queries
- Seat guests and manage table rotations
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Handle complaints and provide resolutions
- Answer phone calls, take reservations, and offer assistance
- Assist in other restaurant tasks as needed
- Deliver exceptional customer service
We ask you to:
- Smile and maintain eye contact
- Create emotional connections with guests
- Support the restaurant's visions and values
- Effectively communicate in English
- Be at least 16 years old
- Work a flexible schedule
- Lift and carry 10-55 lbs.
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Wear a facemask properly
