Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, manage waiting lists, and provide menus
- Seat guests strategically and ensure server rotation
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Handle complaints and provide resolutions
- Answer phone calls, take reservations, and assist guests
- Assist with other restaurant duties as needed
Requirements:
- Consistent and reliable work ethic
- Cheerful and positive attitude
- Team player with a passion for serving others
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- At least 16 years of age
- Flexible schedule availability
- Capacity to lift and carry 10-55 lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
