About the Role
As a Field Supervisor, you'll lead crews on large loss restoration projects. You'll be the boots-on-the-ground leader ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence on mitigation job sites. This role blends hands-on fieldwork with team oversight and requires a strong understanding of mitigation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain job site equipment and supplies
- Conduct daily team meetings and assign tasks
- Supervise crews and temporary workers
- Ensure site safety and cleanliness
- Perform mitigation tasks (extraction, moisture mapping, demolition, etc.)
- Complete and upload job documentation (notes, photos, etc.)
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers
- Inspect and ensure task quality and job progress
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Proven team leadership experience
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Willingness to travel up to 250 days/year and work long hours
- Must be able to to be on call (24/7) basis
- Ability to lift 70+ lbs and wear required PPE
- Knowledge of basic building construction
Working Conditions
You’ll work in both indoor and outdoor environments, often under challenging conditions. Expect extended periods of standing, walking, lifting, and working in PPE.
