Position Description:
Technicians execute task assignments as defined by the project manager.
Technicians Level 1 represents the ServiceMaster Cornerstone brand and maintains a professional appearance, punctuality, and a clean work environment and supports customers as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Load equipment, review assignments, and travel to job sites
- Perform water, mold, fire, and bio remediation (extraction, demolition, cleanup)
- Set up and monitor remediation equipment
- Report equipment issues and job site concerns to Project Manager
- Track time and maintain accurate records
- Follow safety protocols and use PPE at all times
- Complete work efficiently and to company standards
Skills & Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently or lead a team
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow procedures and directions
