Core Life Eatery, located in Louisville and Clarksville, IN and is a fast casual healthy eating option for lunch and dinner. We are accepting applications for both locations: Louisville, KY 40222 and Clarksville, IN 47129

Our Shift Supervisors ensure that the restaurant operates smoothly with a high level of customer satisfaction, in a high state of cleanliness, providing leadership and supervision to the other team members. She or he will help manage and train staff to ensure they provide exceptional service in a timely, friendly, efficient and accurate manner and that they follow proper sanitation standards and keep all areas clean at all times. As a fast casual healthy options restaurant, health and cleanliness must be priorities.

On a daily basis, you will supervise employees and make sure they complete their tasks and are motivated to work effectively and offer high level of customer service. You will contribute to the production strategies and store goals by knowing the business goals and how to achieve them. You will also act as a reference point for customers and employees and ready to fix occasional problems as they arise.

Responsibilities will include manage employees and their shifts, assign duties to employees and oversee their progress, ensure that daily sales and goals are met, count cash and manage deposits, train and integrate new employees, ensure industry and corporate guidelines, resolve conflicts, oversee and hands on production of food according to precise measurements, achieving and maintaining food cost goals and labor cost goals, corporate guidelines and sanitation standards.

Requirements/Skills: previous restaurant experience in a leadership role, working well with a team, ability to multi-task and problem solve, leadership, remain in an upbeat temperament and lead from example. Good communication stream with employees, and GM's. Dependable, reliable and consistent.

Schedule

We have multiple shift supervisor positions available.

Day Shift Supers needed Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun 8am to 3:30pm.

Night Shift Supers needed Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun 3:30 to 9:00pm.

Candidates may choose to work shifts 2-5 days per week.

Qualifications

·High school diploma or equivalent.

·1-2 years of management experience.

·Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to 10 hours.

·Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, team members, and clients.

·Ability to work with a variety of technology including computers, tablets, phones, and iPads.

·Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

·Must be able to work well in a team environment.

·Must be able to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
