Core Life Eatery, located in Louisville and Clarksville, IN and is a fast casual healthy eating option for lunch and dinner. We are accepting applications for both locations: Louisville, KY 40222 and Clarksville, IN 47129

Schedule

We are looking for long term team members. While we do have seasonal work, we are currently looking for team members that can honestly see themselves as part of the team for one year or ideally longer. Candidates should be upbeat, dependable, reliable and able to offer friendly customer service.

Shifts

We have multiple shifts available. All team members are required to work one weekend shift.

Day Shift Supers needed Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun 8am to 3:30pm.

Night Shift Supers needed Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun 3:30 to 9:00pm.

Candidates may choose to work shifts 2-5 days per week.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will be: open the line, close the line, restock items, build bowls and food in compliance with recipe and portions, offer outstanding customer service, cash, shift change responsibilities and cleaning, lobby cleaning, etc.

Qualifications

·High school diploma or equivalent.

·1-2 years of management experience.

·Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

·Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, team members, and clients.

·Ability to work with a variety of technology including computers, tablets, phones, and iPads.

·Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

·Must be able to work well in a team environment.

·Must be able to work independently.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Clarksville, IN 47129: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) OR Louisville, KY 40222

Pay

Compensation: $10.00/$10.50/$11.00 per hour plus tips which equal $2.50 to $4.50 per hour, so you have the ability to make up to $15.50 per hour to start. We offer performance-based raises.
