Key Responsibilities:
- Champion and embody our culture, mission, and core values.
- Assist in hiring, developing, and leading the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Utilize operational tools to achieve excellence in store operations.
- Collaborate on local marketing plans and community outreach initiatives.
- Manage cash activities and ensure compliance with food safety guidelines.
- Drive implementation of company programs to meet operational standards.
What You Must Bring:
- Open availability, flexibility, and willingness to work any shift including providing coverage for gaps.
- Willingness to learn and to receive feedback.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- 2 years’ experience as a shift lead in a retail customer service environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- ServSafe Certification or equivalent (e.g., Learn2Serve) required.
- Must be able to stand for periods of eight (8) hours
- Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds.
- Previous Smoothie King experience a plus.
