Shift Leads are first and foremost Team Members! As the face of our brand, Team Members make it happen at Smoothie King! You will blend and serve delicious tasting smoothies to our Guests to help them meet their individual health goals. You will also help Guests to choose smoothies and retail products that inspire them to live a healthy and active lifestyle. A Shift Lead will also act as a team captain, delegating duties and providing guidance to fellow Team Members when the Manager is not in the store. At our location in Villa Rica, we are looking for brand ambassadors like you who are passionate about Smoothie King, show a genuine interest in helping our Guests, and are motivated to take on new tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
- Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
- Greets and engages the Guest to provide an experience that will bring them back!
- Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
- Performs opening and/or closing duties.
- Performs store checklist tasks.
- Shows up on time and ready to work.
- Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
- Assists in Team Member management throughout shifts.
- Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.
Essential Functions:
- Must be extremely reliable
- Must have own transportation
- Basic math skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a team member role in a restaurant or similar type of guest service business.
- Microsoft Office knowledge required.
- Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
- Excellent Communication Skills, ability to give and receive feedback.
